                    Iako se najčešće sprema s raznim vrstama mesa i/ili povrća, dobar rižoto može se napraviti i s vrlo malo namirnica koje vjerojatno već imate u kuhinji. Kako bi običnu rižu pretvorili u pravi gurmanski užitak dovoljna je samo mala količina kvalitetnog svježe naribanog sira. Preporučam korištenje Parmigiano Reggiano ili Grana Padano sira, a nekvalitetne kopije u ovom slučaju treba zaobići u širokom luku.         &lt;/div&gt;

 <title>Rižoto iz mikrovalne</title>

                    Ovako ja radim rižoto, nije ništa brže nego na šporetu, al bar ne moram niš miješat i znam da se ništa neće zalijepit         &lt;/div&gt;
        &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dno vatrostalne posude preliti uljem, dodati sjeckani luk i staviti u mikrovalnu 5 min da se zdinsta. Zatim dodati začine (npr sol, kurkumu, đumbir, vegetu, čili, ili &amp;scaron;to već volite), rižu i sjeckano povrće po ukusu (može i smrznuti mix) te preliti vodom da bude duplo vi&amp;scaron;e vode nego sadržaja, poklopiti i opet u mikrovalnu na najjače 5 min da zakipi. Zatim smanjiti na pola jačine i kuhati 10-15 min ovisno o vrsti riže. Ja na kraju nekad umije&amp;scaron;am konzervu leće ili slanutka.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Prije pripremanja raci moraju biti živi, dobro oprani i oči&amp;scaron;ćeni od trave. Da bismo rakove pripremili za rižot, moramo ih skuhati.&lt;/p&gt;
