&lt;li&gt;200 g dimljena slanina&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 dl bijelog vina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;kosani per&amp;scaron;in&lt;/li&gt;

                    Nikad prije udaje nisam radila niti je itko doma radio umake od vrhnja za kuhanje... jednostavno stvar navike...a onda sam ih sad otkrila i ne mogu ih se zasititi... naročito ne onog sa vinčekom i vrhnjem...mljaaaac

&lt;li&gt;Začini: sol, vegeta, papar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 če&amp;scaron;anj če&amp;scaron;njaka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 srednje veliki nasjeckani luk&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cca 2 dl bijelog vina /ja sam koristila gra&amp;scaron;evinu)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;p&gt;Pureća prsa narežite na manje komade (medaljone), lagano ih nasolite, popaprite i posipajte vegetom pa ostavite da se mariniraju cca 1 sat.&amp;nbsp;Na malo zagrijanog ulja popržite ih sa obje strane dok ne dobiju lijepu zlatnu&lt;/p&gt;
