Pečenka ne smije biti suha, a opet, mora biti pečena kako treba pa će itetako biti važno što ćemo pridodati prilikom pečenja. &lt;li&gt;50 dkg krumpira&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;30 dkg mrkve&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;30 dkg korabice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;luk&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zeleni peršin sol, papar voda&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Svinjetina se opere i izreže na komade. Krumpir se oguli i izreže na komadiće. Mrkva i korabica se očiste i izrežu na deblje rezance. Luk i zeleni peršin se sitno nasjeckaju. Sve se ovo složi u lonac kako je naprijed opisano, zalije se vodom, soli i pa pri te pokriveno polagano kuha najmanje 1 sat.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Meso dobro natrljajte solju, pirjajte u vinu u sitno narezanom jušnom povrću. Možete zaliti i toplom vodom ili juhom, a za vrijeme pirjanja dodajte mirodije. Meso pirjajte 2,3 sata. Kad omekša, ostavite ga na toplom i priredite umak. Iz prijanog mesa najprije pokupite masnoću, dodajte laku zapršku, dobro prokuhajte i procjedite. Narežite meso, prelijte dijelom umaka, a preostali umak poslužite posebno.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;sol, crni papar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 žlice ulja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;jedna čaša ajvara&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Očistite luk i narežite ga na sitne kockice. Očistite češnjak i narežite na sitne kockice ili protisnite. Meso pomiješajte sa kockicama luka i češnjaka. Dodajte sol i papar.&lt;br /&gt;
Dobro promiješajte, oblikujte jednu veliku smjesu i zatim ju podijelite na 10 jednakih dijelova jednake veličine.&lt;/p&gt;
