&lt;p&gt;Napraviti tijesto koje se te&amp;scaron;ko odvaja od kuhače, tako da se mogu raditi žličnjaci. Ukuhati ih u vrelu vodu. Kuhane samo ocijediti i staviti u posudu, na ulje i promije&amp;scaron;ati, onako vrele da se zamaste. Na žličnjake staviti 3-4 jaja, ovisno o želji i mije&amp;scaron;ati dok se ne poveže. Dosoliti po potrebi.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Margarin, šećer i žumanjci dobro se pomiješaju, a zatim se dodaju brašno i snijeg. Smjesa se stavi u lonac u kojem zakuhamo 2 dl mlijeka. Nakon toga stavi se u pećnicu i peče dok ne postane svijetložuto. Kad je pečeno, rade se žličnjaci, posipaju se šećerom i serviraju.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Žličnjaci od kukuruznih žganaca sa sirom</title>

&lt;li&gt;40 dag kukuruzne krupice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;15 dag naribanog dimljenog sira&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 dag maslaca, sol&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Žgance skuhajte prema uputi na vrećici. Zatim ih skinite s vatre i umiješajte polovicu ribanog sira. U prikladnu namazanu posudu slažite od žganaca oblikovane žličnjake, prelite ih rastopljenim maslacem i pospite ostatkom ribanog sira. Stavite u zagrijanu pećnicu i na srednjoj vatri zapecite oko 10 minuta. Toplo poslužite s kiselim mlijekom ili stepkom.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;U dubljoj zdjeli zgnječite dobro ocijeđeni kravlji sir, zatim dodajte omek&amp;scaron;alu mast ili margarin, jaja, kiselo vrhnje, p&amp;scaron;eničnu krupicu i bra&amp;scaron;no, pa kuhačom umijesite tijesto, koje ne smije biti pretvrdo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2 jaja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 dl mlijeka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 žlica masti ili margarina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 dag kru&amp;scaron;nih mrvica&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ulje, sol&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;p&gt;U dubljoj zdjeli izgnječite sir, dodajte jaja, mast ili margarin i mlijeko, posolite i izmije&amp;scaron;ajte. Na kraju dodajte bra&amp;scaron;no i krupicu pa umijesite mekano tijesto. Zatim od ove smjese žlicom oblikujte žličnjake i stavljajte ih u kipuću posoljenu vodu.&lt;/p&gt;
