 <title>Peršin - obični i kovrčavi</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Per&amp;scaron;in&lt;/strong&gt; je jedna od najrasprostranjenijih začinskih biljaka. Bogat je željezom i vitaminima A i C. Korijen kuhamo, a list se dodaje svjež, sitno nasjeckan, jer tako najbolje čuvamo njegova začinska i ljekovita svojstva. Najbolje ide uz ribu, limun, leću rižu, rajčice i većinu povrća.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dobro se kombinira&lt;/strong&gt; s bosiljkom, lovorom, kaparima, bijelim lukom, vlascem, mažuranom i origanom.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kovrčavi per&amp;scaron;in&lt;/strong&gt; okusom nimalo ne zaostaje za svojim straijim bratom, a veoma je atraktivan kao svježi ukras.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Vlasac</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vlasac&lt;/strong&gt; spada u začinsko bilje koje se jelima uvijek dodaje svježe. Sjeckamo ga nožem ili režemo &amp;scaron;karicama. Njegov okus sličan je luku i dobro ide uz krumpir salate i većinu juha, a daje i poseban okus svakom umaku. Tradicionalno se dodaje u maslac, jogurt i omlet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dobro se kombinira&lt;/strong&gt; s bosiljkom, korijanderom, komoračem, paprikom i per&amp;scaron;inom.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1/2 kg celera - list i korjen&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 kg per&amp;scaron;ina Pastrnjaka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Povrće samelji i na svaki kilogram dodaj 15 dkg soli. Dobro promje&amp;scaron;aj i ostavi da se sol otopi. Sve zajedno stavljati u manje teglice. Ja držim na hladnom, ne nužno u frižideru.&lt;/p&gt;
