                    Jelo, za koje recept pišem u nastavku, radila je moja baka u posebnim prigodama. S obzirom da je prenesen usmenim putem nema točne količine namirnica, ali spretne kuharice i kuhari (pa i oni manje vični kuhanju) ne bi trebali imati problema u pripravljanju ove delicije. Jesu li Turci stvarno tako pripremali govedinu - ne bih znala reći!        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Komad govedine izreže se na odreske koji se posole, popapre, naslažu jedan na drugi u obliku stupa i povežu zajedno. Sa strane se u meso utakne če&amp;scaron;njaka i crvenog luka po želji.&lt;/p&gt;
