&lt;li&gt;2 kasike lanenog semena&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 kasicice soli&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1kasika suvog kvasca&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;tople vode koliko je potrebno&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;seme golice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;masline punjene paprikom&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Umesiti sve sastojke i ostaviti da miruje. Kad se testo digne, premesiti ga, i tako jos dva puta. Staviti ga u kalup po zelji.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

                    Ovaj kruh radim svakodnevno i svi ga obožavaju. Stvar je da nikada nemožete znati točnu mjeru sastojaka kako bi kruh ispao savršeno. Sve ovisi o kvaliteti sastojaka, njihovoj temperaturi, vrsti i sl. Zato vam dajem okvirne mjere, a vi probajte. Moji ukućani ga OBOŽAVAJU!        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Sastojci za kruh
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;230 ml mlakog mlijeka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 velike žlice margarina ili putra ( ako stavljate svinjsku mast, odmah smanjite i sol za jednu žličicu)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 g gnječenih kuhanih krumpira&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 čajne žličice soli&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 čajne žličice šećera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;460 g hljebnog brašna ( pola oštog, pola glatkog)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 čajne žličice suhog kvasca&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;p&gt;U posudu pekača prvo staviti sve tekuće, a zatim sve krute sastojke.&lt;/p&gt;

                    U ovo zimsko vrijeme nema ništa ljepše nego kada iz pećnice zamiriše domaći kruh. Volim ga i ja peći i volim u kruhu kombinirati razne vrste brašna. Tako sam i ovaj put napravila i po prvi put dodala i brašno od tapioke.          &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;100 g bijeloga brašna&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;100 g raženog brašna&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100 g kukuruznog brašna&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100 g tapioka brašna&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 žličica soli&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 žlice maslinovog ulja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;20g (pola kockice) svježeg kvasca&lt;/li&gt;

 <title>Kruh od pšeničnog brašna</title>

&lt;h2&gt;Sastojci:
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 kg brašna&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 dkg soli&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 1/2 dkg kvasca&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 dkg kumina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 l vode&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;mast za lim za pečenje&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;p&gt;Brašno se prosije i stavi na toplo mjesto. Kvasac se razmuti s malo tople vode i brašna, pa kad je dobro izmiješano, ostavi pokriveno na toplom mjestu da se diže. Ako smo sigurni da je kvasac svjež, onda ga&amp;nbsp; možemo&amp;nbsp; samo razmutiti u vodi i ovom vodom zamijesiti kruh. U prosijano brašno stavi se sol i kumin, pa se s malo vruće vode popari, osobito ako se kruh radi od bijelog brašna.&lt;/p&gt;

                    Postupak je jednostavan a omjer kukurznog brašna u odnosu na pšenično uvijek treba biti 1:2 odnosno na jednu količinu kukuruznog brašna uzme se dupla količina pšeničnog. I to je sva mudrolija!        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;250 g kukuruznog brašna pomiješati s vrelom vodom i ostaviti hladiti pa dodati 500 g pšeničnog glatkog brašna&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 suhi kvasac&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 čajnu žlicu soli i&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 čajnu žlicu šećera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 jušnu žlicu maslinova ulja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sve ovo zamijesiti toplom vodom kao i svaki kruh. Vodu treba oprezno dodavati da ne bude premekano tijesto. Dobro umijesti i ostaviti stajati dok ne odvostruči volumen.&lt;/p&gt;
