Osnovno tijesto radi se kao za kruh, na kojeg se dodaje začinsko bilje, sir, masline, maslinovo ulje ili povrće slično kao na pizzu. U Italiji se najčešće dodaje maslinovo ulje i sol kojima se dodaje luk, sir, a ponekad čak i meso.  <title>Sitno pecivo</title>

&lt;li&gt;1/2 kg bra&amp;scaron;na&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 l mlijeka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 dkg maslaca&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 dkg kvasca&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 dkg soli&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;p&gt;Zamjesi se tijesto i kad se dovoljno digne, izrade se žemlje tako da se tijesto razdijeli na jednake komade, svaki komadić izradi se u mali duguljasti kru&amp;scaron;čić koji se kuhačom razdijeli na dvije polovice. Sada se, po&amp;scaron;to smo ga okrenuli, stavi na dasku posutu bra&amp;scaron;nom, pokrije i ostavi na toplom mjestu da se žemlje dignu.&lt;/p&gt;
