                    Odlična marmelada, i malo za promjenu, već mi dosadila od šljiva, marelice.. 
Smokve i bademi, nešto najbolje... Pogađate, ovo je i prva moja pomalo dalmatinska marmelada. Kad smo navečer znali sjediti ispred kamenih kućica, uvijek bi nam susjedi ponudili ovu marmeladu, tako da sam uz nju odrastala        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Sastojci:&lt;/h5&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 kg svježih smokava&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50 dag šećera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 šipka vanilije&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;15 dag nasjeckanih badema&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;priprema:&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Smokve sameljite u stroju za meso. Pomješajte smokve i šećer, kuhajte na umjerenoj vatri zajedno sa štapićem vanilije dok se marmelada ne zgusne. Dodajte sitno nasjeckane bademe i još vrućom marmeladom napunite staklenke. Marmeladu možete i odozgo zaliti rumom.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Marmlada od suhih smokava</title>

                    Smokve baš i ne volim, ali ovu marmeladu obožavam. Inače, ako vino nije bilo kiselo, preporučam dodati sok od 1 limuna ili žličicu limuntusa .        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Sastojci:&lt;/h5&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 kg bijelih suhih smokava&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 l bijelog vina, pr. malvazije&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;0,5 kg šećera&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;nekoliko oguljenih bajama&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 želin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Smokve očistite od peteljki, prelijte vinom i ostavite stajati 24 sata. Višak vina ocijedite a masu sameljite, pomiješajte s mljevenim bajamom, želinom i dijelom šećera i stavite kuhati. Postupno dodajte ostali šećer i vino u kojem su se močile smokve. Kada zakipi skinite moguću pjenicu i provjerite gustoću mase na tanjuriću. Punite u tople staklenke.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Marmelada od marelica i naranči</title>

&lt;li&gt;1 kg marelica&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;60 dag šećera&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 veća naranča&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 paketić želine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;priprema:&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oprane marelice osušite, ogulite, izvadite koštice i sameljite zajedno s oguljenom narančom. Najjednostavnije tzv. mikser štapom. Ako ih pasirate prije ih lagano prokuhajte.&amp;nbsp;Potom 2 žlice šećera pomiješajte s paketićem želina, dodajte u masu i stavite kuhati. Lagano miješajte i dodajte preostali šećer. Kada zavrije, skinite pjenu, nakon 2 minute skinite s vatre i punite tople staklenke.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Kako u ovo doba na Hvaru ima dosta zrelih maginja, rado vam pišem ovaj recept ,kako bi oni koji mogu maginje ubrati mogli napraviti uz malo truda prekrasnu marmeladu.        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Sastojci&lt;/h5&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 kg zrelih maginja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1,5 kg sečera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cijeli limun izrezan na fete&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 sok od limuna&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 vanilin šečera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Postupak pripreme&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Zrele maginje zgnječiti ili izmiksati pa dodati šečer i ponovo promiješati. Ostaviti preko noči da ostoji. U teču od rosvaja usuti izmiksane i ušečerene maginje, staviti limun na fete ,sok od 1 limuna i 3 vanilin šečera, pa ih staviti da se kuhaju.Kada smjesa uzavre smanjiti temperaturu i uz stalno miješanje kuhati oko 2,5 sata.&lt;/p&gt;
