&lt;p&gt;50 dkg jetrice&lt;br /&gt;
30 dkg pancete narezane na tanke, dugačke plo&amp;scaron;čice&lt;br /&gt;
čačkalice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;p&gt;Odabrati pancetu koja je rezana na tanke plo&amp;scaron;čice (debelo narezana panceta te&amp;scaron;ko će ne omotati oko jetrica) i čiji komadi su dovoljno dugački da se njima mogu omotati jetrica.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Očistiti jetrica (paziti da nisu potrgana) od srca i žila. Uzeti po jednu polovicu jetrica, omotati ih pancetom i pričvrstiti čačkalicom, ili tanjim drvenim ražnjićem.&lt;/p&gt;
