                    Zob bi, u obliku pahuljica, sitnih ili krupnih, dobro došla u svakoj kuhinji. Od nje se daju napraviti ukusna jela, ali već i samo pahuljice pomiješane s jogurtom donose organizmu dobar paket vitamina i minerala. Efekti su, kod redovitog uživanja u zobi, osobito vidljivi na koži i kosi. Ne kaže se uzalud za konja bujne i sjajne dlake da je &amp;quot;zoben konj&amp;quot;, dakle uhranjen sa zobi.         &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Za prhke zobene kri&amp;scaron;ke trebat ćete:

&lt;li&gt;2 &amp;scaron;alice zobi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 litre vode&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 &amp;scaron;alice sitno sjeckanih oraha ili lje&amp;scaron;njaka&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Postupa se s ovim namirnicama na slijedeći način:
&lt;p&gt;Vodu lagano osolite, zakuhajte pa uspite zob. Kuhajte je desetak minuta, poklopite i ostavite da bubri na toplom. U međuvremenu nasjeckajte orahe i primje&amp;scaron;ajte ih u ocijeđenu zob.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Kru&amp;scaron;ke koje nisu mekane (poluzrele) oguliti, odstraniti ko&amp;scaron;tice i izrezati na četvrtine.&lt;br /&gt;
Poslagati ih u oprane staklenke.&lt;br /&gt;
U svaku staklenku staviti 2 do 3 koluta opranog cijelog limuna&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Provreti naljev:

&lt;li&gt;1000 mL vode&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 g &amp;scaron;ećera&amp;nbsp;(može i do 200 g ako volite slađe)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 vanil &amp;scaron;ećera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 do 2 žlice ruma (može i bez)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 malu žličicu limunske kiseline (ili sok od limuna po želji)&lt;/li&gt;

 <title>Školjkice s pršutom i kiselim vrhnjem</title>

                    Evo za uvod par savjeta kod kuhanja tjestenine:
Da bi se tjestenina dobro skuhala, ali ne i raskuhala - računajte 10 dag tjestenine na 1 litru vode. Tjestenina za vrijeme kuhanja poveća volumen do 3 puta, pa se nepravilnim kuhanjem može pretvoriti u ljepljivu kašu. Kad voda u posudi zakipi, posolite je i dodajte žlicu ulja, da se spriječi lijepljenje za dno posude. Vrijeme kuhanja računa se kada voda opet zakipi, a traje ovisno o debljini tjestenine i kvaliteti.        &lt;/div&gt;
