                    Zob bi, u obliku pahuljica, sitnih ili krupnih, dobro došla u svakoj kuhinji. Od nje se daju napraviti ukusna jela, ali već i samo pahuljice pomiješane s jogurtom donose organizmu dobar paket vitamina i minerala. Efekti su, kod redovitog uživanja u zobi, osobito vidljivi na koži i kosi. Ne kaže se uzalud za konja bujne i sjajne dlake da je &amp;quot;zoben konj&amp;quot;, dakle uhranjen sa zobi.         &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Postupa se s ovim namirnicama na slijedeći način:
&lt;p&gt;Vodu lagano osolite, zakuhajte pa uspite zob. Kuhajte je desetak minuta, poklopite i ostavite da bubri na toplom. U međuvremenu nasjeckajte orahe i primje&amp;scaron;ajte ih u ocijeđenu zob.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Bundevu očistite i ogulite. Ovisno o veličini bundeve, uzmete recimo osminu manje bundeve za juhu i stavite ju kuhati u vodu. Bundeva je brzo kuhana i kad potpuno omek&amp;scaron;a, sa mikserom &amp;scaron;tapinom ju dobro izmje&amp;scaron;ajte i nasjeckajte. Kada sve postane homogeno, dodajte sol po želji i vrhnja po želji, a može i mlijeka.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;glavica slatkog zelja veća&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;500 g krpica&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sol&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;biber&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Zelje sitno narezati i dinstati na ulju dok ne omekša. Pomalo podlijevati i soliti. Na kraju dodati kuhane krpice. Savjetujem jelo dosta začiniti s paprom.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Nabiti sir</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Takav sir priprema se obično u kasnu jesen i ostavlja pod pritiskom cijelu zimu. Počinje se jesti u rano proljeće.  Najviše se troši za vrijeme proljetnih radova u vinogradu uz domaće suhomesnate proizvode.  lzmrvljene prge može se najprije preliti rastopljenim maslacem, pomiješati s vrhnjem i soli te staviti u drvenu posudu pod pritisak.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1200 g sušenog sira (prge)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;0,5 I kiselog vrhnja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 g soli&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sušeni sir (prge) izmrvite i pomiješajte s vrhnjem i soli. Takvu masu stavite u drvenu posudu (škaf) pod pritisak.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;U staklenu ili plastičnu posudu slagati red maslina soli i red soli. Svaki dan dobro protresti kako bi se maslne dobro obližile solju sa svih strana. Nakon četiri-pet dana u soli, masline se mogu staviti u staklenku i preliti maslinovim uljem. Ovako pripremlje se mogu i zamrznuti u ledenici pa vaditi po potrebi: kad se odmrznu lagano ih preliti maslinovim uljem i poslužiti.&lt;/p&gt;
