                    Ako je umak presvijetli, dodajte mu pola žličice šećera popržena s malo ulja i prokuhajte. Okus umaka se time ništa ne kvari. Umjesto svježeg hrena možete upotrijebiti konzervirani, ali pazite daje što manje začinjen. Inače, korijen hrena poželjno je prethodno držati u hladnoj vodi 24 sata da bi se osvježio, a zatim se nariba.        &lt;/div&gt;

                    Da bi umak od rajčice bio ukusniji možete mu dodati komadić svježe paprike, smrvljeni ružmarin ili posuti nasjeckanim koprom, peršinovim ili celerovim listom. Ukusan umak kao prilog pečenju dobit ćete i ako soku od pečenja dodate kiselo ili slatko vrhnje.        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;4 dl soka od rajčice&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;mljevena crvena paprika (slatka)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ulje&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;vegeta&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;šećer&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sol&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Na zagrijanom ulju popržite brašno, dodajte mljevenu papriku, zalijte sokom od rajčice i neprestano miješajte da se ne stvore grudice. Posolite, pospite vegetom i žličicom šećera, dodajte komadić paprike pa na laganoj vatri kuhajte oko 10 minuta da se umak zgusne. Umak poslužite sa svinjskim pečenjem, pečenom ribom, tjesteninom, pireom od krumpira.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;žlica kiselog vrhnja&lt;/li&gt;

Na početku operite i očistite papriku. Narežite ju na kockice, stavite pržiti da omekšaju. Zalijte ih sokom i pirjajte 10-tak minuta. Smrvite mikserom, dodajte vrnje, sol i mljevenu papriku. Sve zajedno prokuhajte i poslužite uz meso.&lt;/div&gt;
