&lt;li&gt;80 dkg zečetine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;20 dkg slanine (ili pancete)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 dkg maslaca&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 l vrhnja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Priprema&lt;br /&gt;
Očišćenog &lt;strong&gt;zeca&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;našpikati&lt;/strong&gt; slaninom (ili ako je dulji vretensti dio zeca omotati tankim listićima), natrljati solju i staviti u posudu za pečenje. Rastopiti maslac do vrenja pa preliti po zečetini u posudi. Posudu staviti u pečnicu na 175°C na cca 45 minuta, preliti vrhnjem i još kratko zapeći.&lt;/p&gt;
