 <title>Orahovo mlijeko</title>

                    Uvodite jednu po jednu vrstu orašastog voća u dobi od 12 mjeseci i pazite na pojavu alergija. Da biste spriječili gušenje, poslužujte samo u obliku praha.

Nutritivni profil: gotovo su svi orasi (osim indijskih oraščića) bogati vitaminom E i dobar su izvor vitamina B kompleksa. Bademi sadrže velike količine kalcija. Indijski oraščići su bogati magnezijem. Za orašasto voće sezona je jesen i početak zime. Ako stoje, orasi postaju ustajali i užegli. Kupujte orahe u ljusci koji su teški za svoju veličinu i ne zveckaju kada ih protresete. (Kikiriki, koji u stvari pripada u porodicu mahunarki, iznimka
je od ovog pravila.)Orasi koje kupite u konzervama ili vakumiranim staklenkama mogu se čuvati godinu dana ili dulje, ako ih držite na hladnoj i suhoj polici dok ih ne otvorite.
Staklenke morate maknuti od direktne sunčeve svjetlosti. Nakon otvaranja, konzerve i stalenke oraha u ljusci možete čuvati do jednog tjedna na polici, do šest mjeseci u hladnjaku ili do 12 mjeseci u zamrzivaču.        &lt;/div&gt;

                    Ako ste ljubitelj palačinki,volite ih peći i volite kad vam ih netko drugi ispeće, baš kao i ja, vjerujem kako ne biste imali ništa protiv isprobati i malo drugačiji recept.         &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Za kukuruzne palačinke vam je potrebno:

&lt;li&gt;2 dl prosijanog kukuruznog bra&amp;scaron;na&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;žličica &amp;scaron;ećera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;vanilin &amp;scaron;ećer&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 do 4 jaja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;oko pola litre mlijeka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;I &amp;scaron;to sad...priprema palačinki:
&lt;p&gt;Promije&amp;scaron;ajte bijelo i kukuruzno bra&amp;scaron;no, dodajte jaja, sol &amp;scaron;ećer, vanilin &amp;scaron;ećer i mlijeko.&lt;/p&gt;
