&lt;p&gt;Priprema:&lt;br /&gt;
Pastrvu očistite, lagano posolite, popaprite, povegetite i posipajte ružmarinom iznutra i izvana (ako imate svježeg stavite ga u nju).&lt;br /&gt;
Limun narežite na kolutiće, stavite par kolutića u pastrvu, a ostatak poredajte na papir za pečenje.&lt;br /&gt;
Na limun stavite pastrvu lagano ju prelijte sa malo maslinovog ulja i stavite peći na 200 &amp;deg;C sve dok ne vidite da je dobila hrskavu koricu.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Pastrva lešo</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Pastrvu dobro očistiti i oprati. U posudu za kuhanje staviti 1/2 dcl miješanoga maslinova ulja, potom dodati 2 oguljena narezana krumpira, 1 narezanu kapulu, 10-ak zrnaca bibera, 4-5 češnjeva luka i malo soli, te 2 kriške limuna. Sve poklopiti i kuhati 30-ak minuta. Nalijevati hladne vode. Dodati pastrvu i još kuhati 20-25 minuta na laganoj vatri. Pastrvu izvaditi na tan­jur, zaliti maslinovim uljem i limunovim sokom, obložiti kuhan­im krumpirom. Juhu i sadržaj u juhi ispasirati i procijediti, te dodati malo konšerve po želji. U juhu staviti 10-ak dkg riže i kuhati 15 minuta.&lt;/p&gt;
