&lt;p&gt;U staklenu ili plastičnu posudu slagati red maslina soli i red soli. Svaki dan dobro protresti kako bi se maslne dobro obližile solju sa svih strana. Nakon četiri-pet dana u soli, masline se mogu staviti u staklenku i preliti maslinovim uljem. Ovako pripremlje se mogu i zamrznuti u ledenici pa vaditi po potrebi: kad se odmrznu lagano ih preliti maslinovim uljem i poslužiti.&lt;/p&gt;
