&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 l vode&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sol i papar&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 dag mrkve krumpir i rajčica&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 dag per&amp;scaron;ina 1/2 dag masti&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 dag celera&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zeleni per&amp;scaron;in&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ova juha priređuje se posve jednako kao i sve druge čiste juhe, a ako meso nije masno, bit će juha tečna i bistra, pa se u nju mogu ukuhati isti dodaci koji se ukuhavaju i u govedsku juhu ili druge bistre juhe.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Juha od povrća</title>

                    Ne treba nam uvijek meso da skuhamo dobru juhicu. Dovoljno nam je malo povrća i jedno 30 minuta. Juha je gotova. Možemo dodati malo sitnijeg tjesta (prema ukusu)i ukuhamo u nju. Dosta je kalorična, a dobra je i za djecu ako prije kuhanja povrće sitnije naribamo.        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Svežalj grincajga ( zelenjave) za juhu&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;malo&amp;nbsp; ulja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sol, papar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;p&gt;Na malo ulja prodinstamo sitno narezanu ili naribanu mrkvu, &amp;nbsp;kada pusti crvenu boju dodamo ostalo naribano ili nasjeckano povrće. Zalijemo sa 1 1/2 litre vode, posolimo i popaprimo i kuhamo oko 1/2 sata. Ja ukuhavam ribanu ka&amp;scaron;icu. Po želji može se dodati par cvjetića cvjetače, gra&amp;scaron;ka ili brokule.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;10 g cherry rajčica&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 rog paprike&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 režnja češnjaka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;maslinovo ulje&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;začini: sol, papar, vegeta, bosiljak, ružmarin, vlasac&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;vrhnje za kuhanje po želji&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;p&gt;Oguliti tikvu (lakše će se guliti ako ju malo izbodete nožem i stavite na minutu u mikrovalnu kako bi kora omekšala, ako nemate mikrovalnu možete i u pećnicu), očistite i narežiti na kockice. U tepsiju staviti masni papir i na nju rasporediti tikvice.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Vrhnje za kuhanje&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Nasjeckani poriluk skuhati u vodi i procijediti. Škampe zakuhati u vodi, izvaditi i odvojiti repove. Očišćene repove kozica kratko prokuhati u istoj vodi, izvaditi i ostaviti sa repovima škampa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Bundevu očistite i ogulite. Ovisno o veličini bundeve, uzmete recimo osminu manje bundeve za juhu i stavite ju kuhati u vodu. Bundeva je brzo kuhana i kad potpuno omek&amp;scaron;a, sa mikserom &amp;scaron;tapinom ju dobro izmje&amp;scaron;ajte i nasjeckajte. Kada sve postane homogeno, dodajte sol po želji i vrhnja po želji, a može i mlijeka.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;žumanjak&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zeleni per&amp;scaron;in&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Žemlje se režu na kockice i stave kuhati u gotovu procijeđenu juhu. Za vrijeme kuhanja neprestano se mije&amp;scaron;a pjenjačom ili &amp;scaron;tapnim mikserom dok se žemlje ne raskuhaju. Poslije se doda hrenovka izrezana na male komadiće. Žumanjak se razmuti i uz neprestano mije&amp;scaron;anje dolijeva juha. Juhi se doda usitnjeni per&amp;scaron;in i nakon toga servira.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;34 kg govedine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 dag luka&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 dag soli&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 zrna papra&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meso se opere i pristavi kuhati u hladnu posoljenu vodu. Kad se meso kuhalo 1 sat, doda se očišćeno, oprano i izrezano zelenje (mrkva, peršin, celer, korabica, poriluk, te luk i polagano kuha 1 1/2 - 2 sata. Polagano treba kuhati zato da bude juha bistra. Gotova se juha procijedi, pa se s ukuhanim ili neukuhanim dodacima servira.&lt;/p&gt;
