                    Dobila sam na poklon predivnu kuharicu, ma, pravi biser medu njima... pod naslovom: &amp;quot;Kako biše slako&amp;quot; nakladnika Nova Stvarnost. Riječ je o sakupljenim tradicionalnim recepturama Moliških Hrvata (reg. Molise, Italija) koje se izgleda nisu mijenjale (ili tek mrvicu) od prije dobrih 500 godina od kako su stigli iz Dalmacije bježeći pred Turcima. Danima je razgledavam, čitam gotovo nepoznate riječi, uživam u jednostavnosti pripreme jela i njihovim namirnicama. Ovo je jedno od tradicionalnih načina priprave krumpira. Jednostavno i preukusno.        &lt;/div&gt;

 <title>Svaštara od povrća</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Sve je od prilike!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Brokula, prokulice, cvjetača.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oprati i natrgati na cvijetiće te kratko prokuhati i staviti da se ocijedi. Vatrostalnu posudu namazati maslacom i obilno posuti s mrvicama.sitno narezati ili &amp;scaron;pek ili pr&amp;scaron;ut ili kobasice (može i sve zajedno)pa posipati po mrvicama te poslagati povrće.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Na sve to staviti prelijev kojeg napravimo od narezane na kockice &amp;scaron;unke naribanog sira (kakvog imamo pri ruci) 2-3 jaja vrhnja ili jogurta izačinskog bilja te žlicu-dvije bra&amp;scaron;na. Peće se 30 min. na 180 stupnjeva. U slast!&lt;/p&gt;

Pa tanjiri u dečjim rukama kolaju od kapije do kapije sa **DOBAR DAN**POSLALA VAM MOJA MAMA DA SE MALO ZASLADITE ...NIJE NEŠTO, al probajte

&lt;li&gt;cca 8 kom duguljastih krumpira srednje veličine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cca 4 ju&amp;scaron;ne žlice maslinovog ulja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 grančice svježeg ružmarina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;po ukusu i potrebi soli&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Krumpire dobro izribati pod tekućom vodom pa ih posu&amp;scaron;iti u čistoj krpi.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Izrezati komade alu folije 2-3 puta dulje od krumpira.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ružmarin sitno iscjeckati nožem i pripremiti sve sastojke.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Svaki krumpir dobro izbockati čačkalicom.&lt;/li&gt;

 <title>povrće u woku</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Izdinstati sitno rezani crveni i bijeli luk,malo podliti vode,dodati narezane sitno tikvice,svježe paprike,krumpira na kockice,sitno narezanu mrkvu,svježe rajčice.To dinstati u vrlo malo vode,zato je dobar wok,da se ne lijepi.Dodati narezane svježe rajčice,sol,vegeta,po ukusu.Dodati obarene ili mahune ili gra&amp;scaron;ak.Odabrati jedno od toga znači da prevladava u odnosu na drugo povrće.Kad je kuhano sve povrće,ostaviti da voda skoro posve ispari.To bude vi&amp;scaron;e gusto,skoro kao pire krompir.&lt;/p&gt;
