&lt;li&gt;25 dag &amp;scaron;ećera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Paprike se peku i dok sve paprike ne bude gotove prethodno pečene paprike drže se u plastičnim vrečicama da se upare kako bi se poslije lak&amp;scaron;e gulile. Paprike se očiste se od sjemenki i slože u veliki lonac. Tekucina koja se iscjedi iz paprika izlije i baci. Paprike se samelju u stroju za mljevenje mesa.&lt;/p&gt;

	1 mala žlica soli na 1 kg voća.&lt;br /&gt;
	Staklenke, celofan, gumice.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Priprema:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Voće naribamo ili sameljemo u stroju za mljevenje.&lt;br /&gt;
	Dodamo sol i kuhamo na laganoj vatri 3 do 4 sata uz stalno mije&amp;scaron;anje.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Jo&amp;scaron; toplo voće stavljamo u tople sterilizirane staklenke.&lt;br /&gt;
	Stavljamo celofan s gumicom.&lt;br /&gt;
	Pasteriziramo, čuvamo na mračnom, hladnom mjestu.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;3 naribane žlice korice od limuna i naranče&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 žlice ruma&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;PRIPREMA:
&lt;p&gt;Smokvama odstraniti peteljku i dio kore, koliko najbolje uspije. Nije važno očistiti cijelu koru jer ona daje odličan ukus. U veliki lonac od rosfaja ubaciti oči&amp;scaron;ćene i na komadiće izrezane smokve, a smokve se mogu i samljeti.&lt;/p&gt;
