Do nedavno, kada su se kolinja masovno prakticirala po selima, krvavice je pravi domaćin sa svojim pomoćnicima izrađivao paralelno sa svim ostalim mesnim prerađevinama. A smjesa se, prije nadijevanja u crijevo, obavezno isprobavala sirova. Zimske večere bile su slasne uz pečene krvavice, kiselo zelje i restani krumpir.        &lt;/div&gt;

 <title>Kranjske kobasice</title>

&lt;p&gt; Za ove kobasice uzima se masnije meso sa trbuha i od vrata. Meso obvezno sjeći nožem na &amp;scaron;to sitnije komadiće ( nipo&amp;scaron;to mljeti u stroju za mljevenje mesa ), dodati sol, papar, i vode u kojoj je bio natopljen če&amp;scaron;njak. Sve zajedno dobro izmijesiti rukama i ostaviti na svježem i prozračnom mjestu pola dana.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 dcl balzamičnog octa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 dcl vina (dobro bi bilo crno ali ja sam stavila bijelo ovaj put)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3-4 žlice maslinova ulja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;svježi peršin za posipanje&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Postupak:
&lt;p&gt;Kobasice izrezati na komade dužine oko 1 - 1,5 cm&lt;br /&gt;
U tavi ugrijati maslinovo ulje pa na vruće ulje ubciti izrezane kobasice, dobro ih propržiti sa svih strana&lt;/p&gt;
