                    Postupak je jednostavan a omjer kukurznog brašna u odnosu na pšenično uvijek treba biti 1:2 odnosno na jednu količinu kukuruznog brašna uzme se dupla količina pšeničnog. I to je sva mudrolija!        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;250 g kukuruznog brašna pomiješati s vrelom vodom i ostaviti hladiti pa dodati 500 g pšeničnog glatkog brašna&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 suhi kvasac&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 čajnu žlicu soli i&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 čajnu žlicu šećera&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 jušnu žlicu maslinova ulja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sve ovo zamijesiti toplom vodom kao i svaki kruh. Vodu treba oprezno dodavati da ne bude premekano tijesto. Dobro umijesti i ostaviti stajati dok ne odvostruči volumen.&lt;/p&gt;
