&lt;p&gt;Šparoge skuhamo u posoljenoj vodi u koju smo dodali malo octa. Na maslinovom ulju popržimo luk, dodamo prokuhane šparoge i zalijemo smjesom od izmućenih jaja i parmezana. Po potrebi posolimo i pečemo na laganoj vatri da ostane malo kremasto.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ove godine šparoge nisu tako gorke ili sam se ja malo privikla na njih.U svakom slučaju skuham ih u posoljenoj vodi u koji sam dodala malo octa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kad voda zakuha dodam natrgane meke dijelove i kuham 5-10 min.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;U posudi pomiješam kuhane šparoge,kuhani krumpir(ne smije ga biti puno,šparoge moraju prevladavati) , kuhana jaja i luk.Začinim maslinovim uljem,octom i po potrebi dosolim.&lt;/p&gt;
