&lt;p&gt;Jagode dobro oprati i očistiti od lišća te narezati na četiri djela. Istovremeno u veću posudu staviti jagode, bjelanjak i šećer i mutiti dok se ne dobije fina pjena. Sastojke će trebati mutiti poprilično dugo, zato nemojte odustati dok ne dobijete gustu, pjenastu masu. Ovu pjenu od jagoda možete prezmati preko biskvita, ili koristiti za voćnu tortu, a bit će ukusno poslužite li je samostalno ili uz komade voća.&lt;/p&gt;
