&lt;h2&gt;Postupak pripreme
&lt;p&gt;U posudu uliti maslac ili ulje tako da pokrije dno i lagano zagrijati. Dodati 2 žlice bra&amp;scaron;na i malo zapržiti, neprestano mje&amp;scaron;ati. Treba paziti da bra&amp;scaron;no ne posmeđi, nego tek lagano požuti, pa dodati kopar i vodu. Kuhati desetak minuta i po potrebi dodati jo&amp;scaron; vode ukoliko želite rjeđi umak.&lt;/p&gt;
