&lt;li&gt;češnjak&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 dkg brašna&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zeleni peršin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sol&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;papar&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;crvena paprika.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema:
&lt;p&gt;Ječmena kaša se probere, dobro opere i stavi u mnogo vode kuhati. Kad je mekana, stavi se na zaprešku na kojem se ispržio sitno nasjeckani luk i češnjak. Zapreška se zalije najprije hladnom vodom, a onda se doda voda u kojoj se kuhala kaša.&lt;/p&gt;
