&lt;p&gt;Goveđu poleđinu (lungenbraten), koja je dobro odležala u ulju, izrežite na komade debljine 2 prsta i oblikujte bifteke. Ne tucite batićem za meso. Petnaestak zrna papra zdrobite u mužaru te svaki odrezak obilno natrljajte pripremljenim paprom. Posolite i pecite na vrućoj masnoći 10-tak minuta. Meso mora dobiti ružičastu boju i ne preporučuje se onima koji vole dobro pečeno meso.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;sol&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Meso izrežite na prst debele odreske, premažite ih gorušicom, osolite i prelijte uljem. Ostavite ih da odleže 24 sata. Drugi dan ispecite na vrućem ulju naglo odreske s jedne i druge strane, tako da unutra ostanu malo krvavi. Kao prilog za biftek se obično servira razno kuhano povrće preliveno maslacem. Napomena: mnogi ne vole bifteke priređene na ovaj način pa ih treba dulje peći.&lt;/p&gt;
