&lt;li&gt;1/2 kg tikvica&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 jaja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 vrhom punih žlica brašna&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 manja glavica luka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 režnja češnjaka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;papar i sol po ukusu&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Priprema
&lt;p&gt;Tikvice dobro oprati, pa krupno naribati zajdno sa korom. Ako su tikvice jako mlade, mogu se narezati na ploške umjesto ribati. Tikvice posoliti i ostaviti da odstoje petnaestak minuta. Luk i češnjak sitno nasjeckati pa popržiti na malo maslinovog ulja (a može i obično tko ne voli maslinovo). Nakon 15-ak minuta, tikvice snažno ocijediti rukama.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Patliđane oguliti, narezati na plo&amp;scaron;ke otprilike pola cm pa dobro posoliti i ostaviti par sati&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;U veći lonac staviti vodu i ocat da uvrije pa u vrelu kiselinu stavljati u ocijeđene patliđane da kratko prokuhaju (1 do 2 min) i pustiti ih da se ohlade&lt;/li&gt;
