                    Ovaj recept za pečeni krumpir u ljusci ni sama neznam od kud sam iščupala, prepisala, ali mi je recept odličan pa vam ga ostavljam        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;sastojci:&lt;/h5&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;80 dag krumpira&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;maslinovo ulje&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;papar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sol&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;priprema:&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Krumpir u ljusci dobro operite i prerežite po duljini na dvije jednake polovice. Poslažite ih u suhi lim prerezanim dijelom prema gore, stavite u zagrijanu pećnicu i na srednjoj vatri pecite oko 1 sat. Zatim pečenom krumpiru ogulite ljusku, složite u plitku zdjelu, pospite paprom i prelijte maslinovim uljem. Ovako pripravljen krumpir poslužite uz pečeno meso i ribu, povrće kuhano s mesom i sl.&lt;/p&gt;
