&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;kupus raščik&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;crveni i bijeli luk&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;paradajz- može pelat iz limenke&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;maslinovo ulje i sol&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;po želji bižice- zeleni grašak&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Postupak pripreme&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;prodinstati crveni luk na m. ulju . dodati isjeckani paradajz dinstati dok tekučina od paradajza ne ispari .Zatim dodati iscjetkan češnjak i začin. Posebno skuhati nasjeckanu raščiku ,procjediti i umješati u paradajz umak.. po želji još i grašak.&lt;/p&gt;

Ali, prije toga valja odvojiti malo (više) vremena za pripremu tog tradicionalnog specijaliteta čije varijante nalazimo posvuda po regiji. Negdje se mesu dodaje riža, negdje ne, negdje se umata u vinovu lozu, negdje u kiselo zelje...no, kako god bilo mi vam donosimo recept za onu sasvim klasičnu, uobičajenu u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske.        &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;0,5 kg ribanog kiselog kupusa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;0,5 kg mljevenog mesa (pola svinjetine + pola junetine)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;glavicu crvenog luka srednje veličine - usitnite ju&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 žlica riže&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 dkg fine suhe kobasice če&amp;scaron;njovke&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 dkg slanine ili pancete&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;otprilike pola male žličice mljevenog papara&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
